जमशेदपुर, 30 मई: टाटा मोटर्स के जमशेदपुर प्लांट में 31 मई से 2 जून तक ब्लॉक बंदी होगी। लगातार दो दिन की बंदी के बाद, 2 जून रविवार को साप्ताहिक अवकाश होने के कारण, संचालन 3 जून को फिर से शुरू होगा। यह निर्णय वाणिज्यिक वाहनों की मांग में कमी के कारण लिया गया है, जिसके चलते टाटा मोटर्स अस्थायी शटडाउन लागू कर रही है।
टाटा मोटर्स के प्लांट प्रमुख रविंद्र कुलकर्णी द्वारा जारी एक सर्कुलर में बंदी की घोषणा की गई है, जिसके दौरान किसी भी कर्मचारी को छुट्टी नहीं दी जाएगी। कर्मचारियों को उनके वेतन का 50 प्रतिशत प्राप्त होगा, जबकि शेष 50 प्रतिशत काट लिया जाएगा।
बार-बार होने वाली ब्लॉक बंदियों ने कर्मचारियों के लिए वित्तीय चुनौतियां उत्पन्न की हैं और स्टाफ सदस्यों के बीच चिंताएं बढ़ा दी हैं।
